REYL Intesa Sanpaolo announces that, following receipt of the required regulatory approvals from FINMA, it has changed its legal name to Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management SA. The Bank will operate commercially under the brand Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management Suisse, marking a new milestone in its development.

This rebranding follows the strategic partnership established with the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in 2021, the Group's full acquisition of the Bank in January 2026 and reflects the Bank's closer integration, while preserving the Swiss heritage, continuity and wealth management expertise.
