History
Founded in Geneva in 1973 by Dominique Reyl, the Bank has steadily grown through the expansion of its activities, the strengthening of its expertise and an increasingly international outlook. In 2026, Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking acquired 100% of the Bank, giving rise to Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management Suisse. This evolution builds on the identity and expertise developed in Switzerland while reinforcing them through the strength and international scale of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
Diversification of business lines
Originally concentrated on its core Wealth Management business line, Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management Suisse has expanded its service offering to meet the increasingly complex needs of its private and institutional clients. The Bank is now also active in the following areas: Wealth Management and Asset Services.
International expansion
Headquartered in Geneva, Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management Suisse has implemented a strategy of geographic diversification in order to come closer to its clientele of international entrepreneurs and institutional investors.
Regulatory status
Having operated in Switzerland for over 20 years as a bank-like financial company, Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management Ltd was granted an authorised securities dealer license in 1999 and then a banking license in 2010.
